The 1st Day of Practice

Question, do you remember the name of your kindergarten teacher? Do you remember the name of your 1st grade teacher or 2nd grade, how about every teacher you had in high school or college?

What we have found is some people could maybe tell us the name of one or two of their teachers here and there, but very, very few could tell us the name of each teacher they ever had.

How do I get better as a Player?

The question we have heard most often is, how can I or how can my player get better? We believe most already know the answer to this question to some degree… however it is a fair question.

How can one as a player get better? The first answer would be to work hard, to practice. In general, not as a whole, but in general young players in America don’t play as much as they use to away from game time. Why? Has the game fallen? Has the game changed? Do young players not enjoy the game as much now as they use to? Do players not have fun now when they play?

The D.B. Baseball Developmental Camps/Showcases are conducted by current College baseball Coaches and designed for players to be evaluated, scouted but just as importantly… to learn.

When a player leaves a D.B. Baseball High School Developmental ID Camp we want that player to leave by being put on the map as a baseball player while at the same time walk away better prepared to get there...
